A complaint was filed in the Henrico Circuit Court (CL006572) on October 6, 2021 accusing 9 high profile attorneys/court officials of promoting a white nationalism doctrine in the Henrico County Circuit Court. The Virginia Judicial Subcommittee had a hearing on December 10, 2021, on Judge Lee A. Harris Jr. reappointment for 2022. Alleged Fugitive Nickolas Spanos gave testimony via Zoom, which was opposed by Senator Ryan McDougle and House Delegate Robert Bell, they were overruled by majority and Spanos was allowed to give his testimony from Greece. Spanos also gives evidence of a white nationalism syndicate operating in the Henrico Circuit Court for over 20 years, which established a separate justice system for white affluent professionals, lawyers, physicians and businessmen that received preferential special treatment and legal protection for distribution of 600 kilos of cocaine in the Richmond area for ten years.
This video gives evidence of a white nationalism doctrine which protected "white affluent professionals" from being charged and prosecuted for the exact same felony that 3 men of color were charged, prosecuted and sentenced to prison. The video gives evidence of Henrico County Circuit Court documents and orders, where the Henrico prosecutors removed court filings, exhibits of evidence and tampered with court filings. It gives evidence that Judge Lee Harris and Henrico Prosecutors withheld exculpatory evidence from 3 men of color knowing it would negate their guilt. The main witness for the prosecution had severe psychological problems and was taking prescribed medicines and had attempted suicide just before the grand jury hearings which she testified. The main witness was involuntarily committed to St. Mary's Hospital psychiatric ward for 72 hour suicide watch. The Henrico prosecutors and Judge his the exculpatory evidence from the 3 men of color and sentenced them to prison.
